Risk Of Loss All items purchased from Big Cheese Badges Ltd are delivered using the Royal Mail postal service. Proof of posting is always obtained for purchases. In the event that an item does not arrive at its destination, Big Cheese Badges Ltd will help the customer claim back their loss from Royal Mail directly by providing the proof of posting and/or tracking number for their order. Royal Mail will refund the value of the order, exlcuding postage and packaging costs. This can take several weeks. 9. Delivery Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the place of delivery will be the purchaser's shipping address given when submitting their order. Big Cheese Badges Ltd will not be responsible for any changes of the winners contact information. If you fail to contact Big Cheese Badges Ltd regarding your choice of badges and delivery address within 7 days from the day the winning notification is sent, you are not eligible for the prize. Big Cheese Badges Ltd is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected notifications, and may still use, disclose, copy, publish or modify the comment. Should you win the Customer Comments Competition one month, you agree that Big Cheese Badges Ltd may use your name and comment for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation. By submitting a comment, you agree to be bound by these rules. 16. Badge Design Competition No purchase necessary to enter, however a purchase is necessary to receive your prize. Big Cheese Badges Ltd may use, disclose, copy, publish or modify the design, but is not obliged to do so. If you are under 18, you may submit your design only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. This competition is available to all worldwide customers. You must hold an account with Big Cheese Badges Ltd to be able to place an order and receive your winning design for free. A winning design will be chosen at the discretion of Big Cheese Badges Ltd and the designer will be contacted once the decision is made. It can take between a few days and a few months to decide if your design will be used or not. You may submit as many designs as you wish. Big Cheese Badges Ltd does not assume responsibility for any late or incomplete entries, and reserves the right to disqualify any that are inappropriate. Big Cheese Badges Ltd also reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition at any given time for any reason deemed necessary. To receive the winning badge for free, an order must be placed with Big Cheese Badges Ltd by the winner, and the badge design title included in the 'Comments Box' rather than added to the order. Big Cheese Badges Ltd will not be responsible for any changes of the winners contact information. If you fail to purchase from Big Cheese Badges Ltd within 28 days from the day the winning notification is sent, you are not eligible for the free badge. It may, however, be purchased at the normal price from the website at a later date. Should you win the Badge Design Competition, you agree that Big Cheese Badges Ltd may use your name and design for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation.
