We ship our badges worldwide at very reasonable prices. Depending on your location and
the value/weight of your order, there are different shipping options available as outlined below.
Items are securely packaged in a thick bubble-lined envelope, usually within 24 hours of placing your order. Due
to the low weight of our products, you will be pleasantly suprised at our shipping rates!
United Kingdom
- Royal Mail 1st Class Standard: Available if your purchase total is less than £36. Delivery time is
1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). This is the cheapest shipping method for the UK, so if your order
is just above £36, it may be worth while splitting it into two separate orders. From 80p.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded: The same as 1st Class Standard, but requires a signature upon receipt. In
the event of your purchase not arriving, this provides proof so makes it a lot easier to sumbit a claim.
From £1.55.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: This is required for high value orders, up to £500. A signature is required
upon receipt and full tracking details are provided. If your order is placed before midday, delivery will usually be
the next working day (excludes custom orders due to manufacturing time). From £4.85.
Europe
- Airmail Standard: Available if your purchase total is less than £36. Delivery time is
4 to 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). This is the cheapest shipping method for Europe, so if your order
is just above £36, it may be worth while splitting it into two separate orders. From 80p.
- Airmail Recorded: This is required for high value orders, up to £500. A signature is required
upon receipt and is much more secure than Airmail Standard. Delivery time is 4 to 10 days (excluding weekends and
holidays). From £4.25.
Worldwide
- Airmail Standard: Available if your purchase total is less than £36. Delivery time is
4 to 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). This is the cheapest shipping method outside of Europe, so if your
order is just above £36, it may be worth while splitting it into two separate orders. From £1.10.
- Airmail Recorded: This is required for high value orders, up to £500. A signature is required
upon receipt and is much more secure than Airmail Standard. Delivery time is 4 to 10 days (excluding weekends and
holidays). From £4.60.
Occassionally, items may be delayed between being shipped and arriving at their destination. If your order was severely
delayed, you are more than welcome to fill out a form to claim against Royal Mail
(available at any Post Office).
An item is considered "lost" 15 working days after the expected delivery date, or 25 days for overseas shipments. Royal Mail are making it difficult
for businesses to claim against lost goods, so in the event of loss, please contact us so that the proof of posting or
tracking number can be sent to you. You may then use this to follow up your loss and claim a refund (excluding P&P) from Royal Mail
directly. We will of course take any further steps necessary to ensure your money is refunded.
Refunds will be given if your products received were incorrectly described or shipped. Custom
orders can not be returned or refunded, as the design will have been finalised via email.
